To the following times our reception desk is busy:

7:00 a.m – 10:00 p.m

Weekend and Holidays

9:30 a.m – 06:00 p.m

Except of these times we are also available after consultation. At late departure you can get the keys in our night save.

Please note: our reception is located in house Maxstraße No. 3,
about 50 m away from house Ostra-Allee No. 27.

The office of the tourist information Dresden is located in the “Kulturpalast”, about 8 minutes away of the hotel by feet.
